This terms and condition applies to the registered version of INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER .
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Intellicap Ltd your continued use of this software indicates your acceptance of this agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
One registered copy of INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER through our data center, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all devices that will access the software. For instance, if 8 different devices will access INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER, each DEVICE must have its own INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER license, regardless of whether they use INTELLICAP ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER at different times or concurrently. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program is thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
Licence Renewal
THE LICENCE WILL RUN FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE OR AS OTHER WISE AGREED AND RENEWABLE IF YOU HAVE A VALID LICENCE AGREEMENT IN PLACE WITH INTELLICAP LIMITED.
Payments
AS AGREED, ACCESS TO CONTINOUS USAGE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE PERMITTED. YOU WILL BE DISCONNETED FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE IF PAYMENT IS STOPPED OR CANCELLED
Updates
You will be entitled to product updates and upgrade of the software.
Title
Intellicap Limited owns the ACCOUNTS/LAW MASTER software. Modification to the software without prior consent of Intellicap is prohibited. Intellicap
